The Greenship team are pleased to announce that on 1 June 2023, we’ll be launching our brand new dispensary portal. It’s our team's priority to enable dispensary teams to seamlessly manage their medicinal cannabis needs using well-designed tools.
It's important to note that you do not need to create a new account to log into the Greenship dispensary portal. You will be able to access the portal with your existing credentials. Here are the exciting new dispensary portal updates coming to Greenship.
New catalogue design
Our new catalogue design is now more user friendly, shifting towards a list view with expand and collapse functionality for an improved site navigation experience.
New product page design
Dispensaries can now access all the important information needed from one place, including product details, regulatory information, medical specifications and more, all from within our new product page console.
Easily link the prescriber to your order request from within your order history or from within our large database of TGA approval records. It’s as simple as select, search, or upload and we’ll do the rest.
Order management console
Our new order management console provides a more streamlined and efficient process for managing your orders. You can now easily track the status and delivery of your orders in real time, as well as download S8 acknowledgment forms from within the console.
Account and invoice portal
Our new invoice management console will allow you to track all invoices in one place. You can easily view, download, and manage your invoices and credit limits, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your finances.
Prescriber insights console
To help dispensaries understand their prescriber audience, we’re introducing a new prescriber insights portal, enabling dispensaries to access information about their most valued prescribers
Changes relating to overdue invoices and credit limits
Greenship dispensary accounts with an overdue invoice will be automatically suspended until the invoice is paid.
If you have an overdue invoice, we’ll notify you three times before your service is interrupted. Overdue accounts will not be able to place new purchase orders. Restrictions will apply until overdue invoices have been paid in full. Once payment is received, your suspension will automatically be lifted and you will be able to place new orders.
Greenship dispensary accounts that have reached their account credit limit will not be able to process orders through a purchase order payment method. To resume ordering via purchase orders, a payment will need to be made to reduce your credit balance.
Your account credit limit and utilisation can be viewed from your Greenship dispensary dashboard (above the ‘my recent orders’ tab). Accounts that have exceeded their credit limit will still be able to place orders with a credit card.
If you have any questions please reach out to the Greenship customer support team via our live chat support service. Click on the ‘support’ button in the bottom right corner of the Greenship website. Thank you for your ongoing loyalty and support, and we look forward to enabling your dispensary team through these new updates.
